Upon entering Casa Colonial, you will instantly notice the beauty of our large, lush tropical garden. The garden which surrounds the swimming pool in back of the property is one of the best amenities of our one of a kind oasis. After your long journey, trade in those hot traveling clothes for a swim suit! Go ahead and pamper yourself; the fresh water pool is cool and refreshing. And best of all; during the high season (the winter months) our pool with a jacuzzi cascading into it is heated! This amenity is unique to Casa Colonial and is not found in the vast majority of vacation rentals on Cozumel.

We recently expanded our BBQ area which has a seating area and counter top that is perfect as an intimate gathering spot. The accent lighting is especially pleasing to the eye (spot lighting and traditional Mexican "Star" lighting). It is unique and will immerce you in Mexican Colonial style! Casa Colonial also has an outdoor shower, dive rinse tank and rack space dedicated to our diving and snorkeling guests. The shower is a perfect way to take that salt water off after a day at the beach.

As you stroll through our manicured garden you will experience tropical flora and fauna native to Cozumel Island. Mature coconut palms, a Mexican fountain, and benches adorned with Talavera tile are located throughout. Have a seat and relax; It is the perfect way to meditate and take in your surroundings. Hammocks are located in the front of each villa for the enjoyment of our guests.
